Description: Group 7 shared updates for the course website to the class.

A2_Review Last Quiz Issue:

Description: Barry announced the agenda for the class and reviewed the quiz result in the previous class. Questions were selected and discussed based on the class performance.

B) “Running a project” - Presentation by Barry

B1_Introduction:

Description: Barry introduced the agenda of the course of "Running a Project".

B2_Start up = Meeting # 1:

Description: the "Kick off" Meeting # 1 was held to get everything up and running. Everybody is supposed to participate in this meeting. Procedure was established and everyone should know the line of communication in this period.

B3_Group presentations:

Description: In this session, every group was assigned a role to discuss their main concerns in the first stage of the project running along the "Kick-off" Meeting.

B4_Progress = Meeting # 12:

Description: This is the meeting NO.12. We are halfway to the process. The last meeting issues, contractor process, RSS, consultants, safety and other procedures were discussed this time.

B5_Group presentations

Description: In this session, every group again was allocated a role to discuss together and outline the issues of clarification in the second stage of the project running, the ‘Process’ Meeting.

B6_Completion = Meeting # 24:

Description: This is the last stage of running the project. We need to make sure everything else should be discussed this time, such as the last meeting issues, contractor process, handover issues, snagging list and establishment etc.

C) Session Review

Review session learning

Description: Barry made a review of the session learning. The conclusion of the project is all about tying up the contract and a number of key certificates. And the arrangement of our next class was briefly introduced.
