RUNNING A PROJECT

Barry is taking us through typical meetings of different stages in a construction project, including Kick-off meeting, progress meeting and meeting on completion. Thereby we will be able to see the responsibilities and concerns over different phases among different parties. Stage 01: Start up = Meeting # 1:

Description: the "Kick off" Meeting # 1 was held to get everything up and running. Everybody is supposed to participate in this meeting. Procedure was established and everyone should know the line of communication in this period.



Stage02: Progress = Meeting # 12:

Description: This is the meeting NO.12. We are halfway to the process. The last meeting issues, contractor process, RSS, consultants, safety and other procedures were discussed this time.

Description: This is the last stage of running the project. We need to make sure everything else should be discussed this time, such as the last meeting issues, contractor process, handover issues, snagging list and establishment etc.
